Jolene resides in Madison with her daughter and holds a business management and marketing degree from Franklin University. She brings 20 years of customer service experience and provides exceptional service to our amazing clients and partners as our Administrative Assistant. Jolene handles everything from booking inspections, to billing, to marketing, and everything in between.
