Joshua Wendling

Joshua resides in Lexington, Ohio with his wife and four children. He serves in the United States Air Force where he is currently an Assistant Chief with the rank of Master Sergeant at the 179th Airlift Wing Fire Department in the Ohio Air National Guard. As a Fire Inspector, Joshua has vast experience inspecting government facilities in the United States and overseas through multiple deployments. In 2019, he received a Richland Young Professionals’ 10 Under 40 Award for his hard work and dedication to the success of Elite1 Home Inspections by doing things the right way. You can count on Joshua’s attention to detail, integrity, and expertise with every inspection, as he inspects every home as if his family were moving in.
